‘Intelligent Lighting Solution of the Year’ Award for ewo Chameleon Projectors
The South Tyrolean manufacturer of innovative lighting solutions ewo received the ‘Intelligent Lighting Solution of the Year’ award for its Chameleon product series. The jury honoured the product for its modular and intelligent design, which enables versatile and sustainable lighting solutions and can be used universally. The award was collected on behalf of ewo by Frank Vollmer (Chief Sales Officer) and Manuel Toni Streiter (Sales Manager MEA).
‘As a particularly versatile product family, the Chameleon floodlight series represents all the values that ewo stands for in outdoor lighting. In-house developed lighting technology in combination with intelligent control technology can be combined by planners in a variety of housing variants and mounting options to optimally meet the individual needs of a project. In Chameleon, our focus on customer needs and our vision of promoting well- being in outdoor spaces through light has materialised into an unusual product,’ describes Hannes Wohlgemuth, CEO of ewo. ‘We are very proud that Chameleon has now been honoured once again by a recognised jury of experts.’
Chameleon Projectors: Modular Design for Sustainable and Versatile Lighting
Chameleon is a comprehensive product series for creating sophisticated lighting solutions. The modular design of the luminaire combines precise lighting technology with a wide range of variants in a consistent design language for outdoor spaces. Thanks to its innovative design, the basic luminaire can be transformed using accessories, attachments and various mounting options for a wide range of applications – from post-top luminaires with single or multiple heads to suspended street luminaires and architectural spotlights or gobo projectors. The elementised design of the luminaire also enables flexible maintenance and upgrading – a step towards sustainable product design. The LED spotlight with integrated radio antenna for smart control is available in six different sizes. Like all ewo luminaires, Chameleon is an intelligent, networked lighting system that can be controlled via DALI, DALI T8, DMX or Connexx-compatible protocols. This means that the luminaire can be used individually, in groups or as part of a larger lighting system. With its scalable intelligence, Chameleon offers a flexible solution for modern lighting requirements.
