Tridonic Launches Latest Innovation in Interoperability

Tridonic

World-leading supplier of smart lighting solutions, Tridonic UK, has announced the launch of their Matter-compatible controls and solutions range that has been released under their latest go-to-market strategy Building AssetConnect.

Building AssetConnect wireless products enable customers across a vast range of markets to achieve fully integrated smart ecosystems – from warehouses to hotels, retail spaces and offices. Thanks to the Connectivity Standards Alliance, over 270 companies from the tech world are working collectively to improve interoperability across the Smart world.

Tridonic’s commitment to interoperability of lighting technology has seen the firm take the lead in creating hardware and software that supports and enhances intelligent lighting – including the development of the DALI-2 standard. The firm also offered the first LED drivers certified by Zhaga, last year.

As part of the launch of the Matter protocol, Tridonic UK are hosting a webinar to lift the lid on the technology coming to the lighting industry that will be able to seamlessly integrate with other Matter enabled products.

Webinar attendees are promised a look into the benefits, innovations and applications of Tridonic’s technology and gain a greater understanding of how Building AssetConnect Wireless separates itself from the competition to create a truly unique offering.

James Huntington, OEM Controls and Solutions Manager at Tridonic UK, will be one of the speakers on the launch webinar. He said:“We are so proud to bring this technology to the lighting market and feel excited to be sharing some more information on the capabilities of this technology and its best applications, as well as also celebrate what our incredible teams have been able to achieve by delivering a solution with great flexibility, connectivity and interoperability to our customers.

“We will also be discussing how our products utilise Matter’s open-source communication standard to bridge the gap between intelligent devices from a wide array of manufacturers, creating wireless, integrated solutions, and how this may change the way we view wireless control in the future of the lighting industry.”

The webinar will take place at 3 pm on Tuesday 11 July.
